I had a great experience doing pelvic floor PT with Riley. Postpartum mamas- check her out! She is experienced, friendly, professional and fun but most importantly she whipped my butt into shape (literally lol). All of the staff at the clinic are great as well!

I can’t say enough good things about Benchmark Physical Therapy at Matthews location. I work primarily with Meaghan, but the entire team, Riley and Ashlund, is amazing. They showed genuine care and compassion, and they do their best to make the environment fun, understanding that we go there because we need help managing pain. At one point, I could not move without pain. Now, most of the time, I am pain free. When I do have pain, I have the knowledge to manage it. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy. Thank you so much Meaghan, and Riley, for taking care of me!

I had rotor cuff surgery in September and with it is a lot of pain. However, thanks to Physical Therapist's, Emily and Riley for their superior knowledge and abilities to slowly but surely rehabilitate my shoulder. My PT is ongoing but I am confident my shoulder will be as good as new! I told them after going there the first few visits that I felt very comfortable with everyone who works there including Kara the Office Manager and Hannah their Assistant. Six stars!!

As a Senior, I was a bit skeptical receiving service from someone old enough to be my grandchildren. However, I was quite impressed by the professionalism and expertise received. All flowed smoothly. My physical therapy sessions were all very positive. I felt welcomed. I was treated very special especially on my last session! I would recommend this group to ALL ages. Keep up the good work! 👍

My experience was over the top. The staff there was awesome. Out of 1 to 10, I would rate them a 10×. I would refer anyone for professional care and hospitality.

From my very first visit to Benchmark Therapy I knew that I was in the right place. Bella and Gloria were very welcoming, and listened carefully to the difficulties that I had been experiencing. Each exercise was designed to strengthen my arthritic hip and strengthen my leg muscles as well. The atmosphere was always comfortable and very positive. I am thankful for their knowledge and encouragement to help me regain my mobility and enjoy my life. I highly recommend Benchmark Therapy! 🥇

The staff at the Crownpoint location is awesome. Everyone there seems to really enjoy their work and each other, Gabriella was my PT and she did amazing work in eliminating most of my back issues. She knows her stuff and how to focus on relieving pain and muscle tightness. I would highly recommend this group if you were in need of physical therapy.

I had an amazing experience with the Benchmark located in Matthews at 10020 Monroe Rd. The staff there is amazing; guiding me through my recovery every step of the way, literally!! I will forever be appreciative to Ekanga, Bella, and Sara for pushing me to do my best and will miss our conversations that made the time go so fast! I highly recommend this team for all your physical therapy needs.
